Went hiking this morning with my kids, and a friend and his 2 German Shepherds. We all had a good time. Only got a little wet. The trail we hike his along a creek in the mountains. We hike up to a waterfall. It's really nice, very scenic. On the way home The Climb by Miley Cyrus came on. All 3 of us were belting out the song. It was fun. Hope everyone else is having a great day! I may or may not have done this in my car...alone...on may different occasions...  I blame Miley Cyrus and her catchy tunes... I know you are Canadian but Party In the USA is another good one. |

IMLP=hungry hungry all the time Well, if you're doing IM volume I don't think taking in a few extra calories is going to really hurt you or your fancy schmancy new size 6 jeans. (Congrats by the way!) As long as you're snacking healthy and not stuffing your face with Oreos or Cup-o-Noodles you should be just fine. |

Medicine is definately a very good motivator for trying to be healthy--read anatomy dissection--LOL. |

Ghoulies are Ghoulies, after all... Well... (blushing).. sad to say I am probably going to let the Ghoulies down. I plan yard work, making pickles, possibly getting the kayak in the water, and getting ready for our next weeks camping trip. Okay, realistically we will be watching fireworks on the porch here Sunday night. Folks tend to turn up here because we are so close to the action, have a screened porch (no bugs) and the bathroom is clean. There may be libations involved. |
