Hello Ghoulie Crushers,
I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I got in a couple workouts over the weekend and will pile up as many workouts as I need this week to get to 100%.  I'm a little behind right now and haven't been in to update the spreadsheet.  Will try to do that tonight (it's blocked here at work).  I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow (WOOT!) so I should be able to get in both a run and bike workout.  Great job you POSTING MACHINES!  Very impressive to be on thread #3!

Oh, I'm looking for a funny, whitty, inspirational quote for my signature line.  Anyone have any ideas?  Maybe something to do with Rhoda's puke bucket! =)

Got my bike in this morning before work.

Also ran out of Luna Bars... could've sworn I had one left but couldnt find one so had to stop at Bi-Lo before work to get more.

Pendant is still stuck in the drain  BF called his apartment's maintenance people but they haven't come by yet but hopefully they can get it out.

Took my senior portraits for the yearbook today.... it poured so when I got there my pants were soaked.  Good thing I had a rain jacket and the pictures are from the waist up or I would've had to them reschedule again.

So Rhoda, any updates on the apple orchard plans?

It's supposed to rain all week... love rain but not when I have to trek all over campus in it.  Rain/storms should be reserved for lazy days when you can lay in bed and watch tv or curl up with a good book.

Hahaha...  I don't have anything funny, witty or inspirational but this made me laugh.  I can't get the picture out of my head of our purple, sand pucket converted into a puke bucket that travels around with us in between the carseats.  With 2 kids that get car sick, I won't leave home without our puke bucket!  My almost 6 year old is good too...  she can puke and hold her own hair back in the car now if I can't reach back in time.  All family members are trained to be experts in the puke business. 

Speaking of puke buckets...how about a little more Monty Phython and The Meaning of Life.  "Ahhh...The new bucket and the cleaning woman."  This is not for the weak of stomach but always what I think about when I eat too much.

Ugh...  what a pain in the you know what.

The guy selling the farm won't even really talk to us to answer questions because he doesn't think we'll get a loan approved.  Which, quite honestly, we probably won't.  But my husband is still going through the process of the credit checks with the bank, etc.  This farm is really a great opportunity but I wish I could convince my husband to start a little smaller...  and build from there.  He's the kind of guy that doesn't exactly know how to take things slowly, though, you know what I mean? 

The good news for me is that I don't have to worry about finding a new job with health insurance, etc and don't have to worry about messing up coverage for my daughter's surgery in February.  It's the little things like health coverage for my family that make me happy! 

The road is drying up. Maybe the lunch time ride won't be too bad after all.

We aways say "if it is meant to be, it'll happen." Surgery doesn't sound like fun though. I hope your daughter is OK.

I sent the question on the people not posting and not showing up -
-- RedSoxChick came back this morning and told me that she has serious heel/arch pain and she can't run. How do we do her run percentage? I told her to come into the thread and asked to be withdrawn from that part but I haven't seen anything yet.
-- Msmogreen - hasn't gotten over 25% of her time in, when I went to inspire she didn't have anything in her log since the first week of the month and she isn't responding to inspires.

to ironkid on the other team. She came back and told me that we can reduce RedSoxChick down to the time of the month that she could participate but we would have to suck up msmogreen and take the lost since the person not coming by, not participating is all part of the challenge. I doubt she will come back - she hasn't logged into BT since the 10th. I will update RedSoxChick but we still need everyone to give it a huge push this last week if we even want to stand a chance.
