It's based on a daily diet quality score rather than calorie counting, etc. Because I can calorie count for like a day before I lose my mind from counting and trying to figure out what is going on. The chart is on my blog page. Based off of a "good food" "less than good food" chart and trying to get a high score every day. Max score is 29. I've been 22/24 all week so far. We will see how this goes...wooo...haha Hi Godess-Princess Calorie counting is indeed mind numbing. It is hard if you eat out. It is hard if you cook from scratch. However, to get a grip on my thyroid issues it seems to be the only way to go. FWIW, when I exercise regularly I gain wt if I eat over 1500 calories a day. If I don't excercise regularly, it is gain at 800-900 calories a day. That is just wrong! How did you like the book? |
