Morning. Taper tired here. I'm heading off to the island tonight to see Papa and then will spend the weekend there before coming back to pack up for IMLP.

I am off to take my sis out for a pedicure for her 40th birthday. Then later we're having a famil get-together to celebrate. I am officially moving todays' two-fer workouts to tomorrow. I think tomorrow. We shall see. I gotta recover from workng last night, then going to a cetain midnght movie premier.

A misty day here in the mountains. It is actually a little bit cool. I have no idea what is up for this fine day.... we'll see. Hope all of you uns are doing just swell.

Wow, Ann.  That is not good.  Glad to hear you are doing better.

Wow, I miss a friday and it was active out here.

But then my day was pretty busy too. 

Now I'm just working the weekend away, but come Wednesday I'll be off for 5 days and playing with the grandkids.  Yeah!

Another wonderful cool day.  Kind of funny to think that high 80's are cool.  LOL  The 90+ degrees will be back midweek.  Just in time for the grandkids.  I see lots of time spent at the pool.

Another busy weekend. We now have a fourth dog, too. We have my sister's greyhound for the next 3 months. If anyone would like to come over and vacuum up some dog hair the door is open.

Morning Ann. Wow. That's a bunch of dogs! I love Greyhounds. However, I have the corner on the market for dog hair here. I'll pass on the vacuuming. Heck, I try not to do that here as much as possible.

Guess what I woke up with... Yep, another sore throat, temperature and ear ache. If I were a dog, I'd be put down.

Going to the doc again. I see a specialist in my future.

Ann, how come you have your sis's dog for so long?

Good morning, Robin! You need to get over this. You aren't supposed to be sick, especially in the summer.

As for the greyhound - My sister and her family have been renting a house from a family that lives in Kentucky. They called my sister a month ago and said they are moving back to MD, they want their house. Now my sister needs to move out. They had a hard time finding a place that would take them for only 3 months, they are moving to Hawaii in October. They found a small house, but aren't allowed to have the dog, so we have her. That's the short version.

Ahh.. I remember this. I cursed the home owners to dark dingy places and itchy sores.

Glad you can give her a temporary home.

You are right. I am really really really tired of being sick.

Ann - great that you are able to help with the dog.  Wish I was moving to Hawaii, but then again, only if I was retired and can enjoy the weather and water all day.
