Don - I'm so glad you're feeling better....that flu sucks!

And everyone else way to go....our goals are falling like dominos!

My understanding was that we have the whole month of February, and that's what my goal was based on, so I hope it's true...remember we had a short week at the beginning, so with Feb being 28 days that is exactly four weeks.

I did not get a run in today, but am heading to the beach without husband or son for the weekend, so will knock off the rest of the 6 while I'm there. If not, I have a group 3 mile +- on Monday scheduled...I hate waiting til the last minute to make goal, but I am confident I will be 100%!

Bumping up distance won't help. It's about percentages. An individual who runs 55 miles with a 50 mile goal gets 100%. Likewise, someone who runs 55 miles with a 55 mile goal gets 100%.

Thanks for the offer. That's a great teammate!

WOO HOO ... we're smokin'!

While the other teams may not have posted their results, I have a feeling that we are either in the lead or close behind as it appears that most teams are at the 68% mark.

Hit those goals and we'll win!

Winning is good!

Say, I don't suppose it is too late to bump up my total if it helps us any?

I've got at least a 5 miler planned for Saturday...

Ok, run from time from this week:

I have 118 minutes this last week, that brings me to 524 min out of 500 min for 100% of goal for the month!

If anyone needs some extra minutes to get their total up, I mave some to spare and still have a couple days next week of runs!

Next month I will be out of country for a couple/three so if we do it again next month, I will need special consideration if I am allowed to participate.

Go Team!

Whew...hit my goal this morning on a really nice run with my tri-training group. It's great because I am the slowest the coach runs at the back with me and I get the most advice, encouragement, etc....I knew it was good to be a tortoise!

41.38/40 miles for February...that will probably be it for me. YAHOOOOOO FLORIDA FORCE!

I did it - I made my goal at my race this weekend. I have 15.35 for the week. I am too tired to figure out what that makes my total, but I know it's over 47 miles! And I am 100% sure I will not be running at all for the rest of the month, I need some serious recovery time after Gasparilla!

I just went and checked my logs - I did 50.85 this month. It's going to be very hard to beat that any time soon!!

Woohoo!!! I'm done!  Actually, I was done on Saturday after the 5K.

Marathon was great!  But yeah, like Amy, I will NOT be running any time within the next week or so.  Guess I should have pledged 75 miles eh?  LOL

I'll compile the results if everyone will post there totals here instead of sending them to me. I have a customer in the office this week and since Steve said to wait until the end of the month to post the final stats that works for me.

I'll be at ~75% for my final total. I ran 20 minutes a day Sat, Sun and today and will do at least that or more tomorrow to wrap up my aweful month!

Awesome job to all those that ran and ran and ran this weekend.

Don

My weekly total does not count as I suffered from pre-mature goal obtainment last week  ... but the good news is that the run challenge worked !

My previous month's volume was 48.69 miles. This month it is 79.02 miles - and I plan on doing another 4-5 mile tempo run tomorrow.

Thanks for the encouragement and kick-in-the-rear.  I definitely did some extra LSD runs, braved some miles in the cold rain and at other times did not let up early on a run knowing that I had a mileage commitment out there.

I ran 14.39 last week, taking me to a total of 43.71.

I did that in only two days. I wish I could have run more days. Actually, I wish I would have done more training. BT calendar has really helped me see how I train well during certain periods and less in others.

Talk about bringing it in at the wire.  I was running at 10:00 last night to finish up.  After a nice dinner out with some friends.  It is all good.

This has been alot of fun and really helped to get me out the door or in the basement to run.

WAY TO GO TEAM!!!!

My final numbers are W/E 2-28:  9.55 miles

Challenge TOTAL:  65.11 miles       GOAL:  65 miles

I hope everyone else enjoyed the month and accomplished their goals too!!!  Time to put on the bike shorts for March!!

I got in another 55 minute run last night, so my total is now over 579 out of 500 minutes for the month. If anyone needs some time, I have 79 minutes to spare.

Go team!

Hey All,
I planned on having the updated spreadsheet last night but am working 14 hr days right now with our visiting customer. I can have this done hopefully later tonight or tomorrow AM at the latest. I think that I'm the only one at < 100%, not sure.
