Uh...NO.  I went to the work gym to shower after that swim.  I did go back and swim in the same place after work...kinda like getting back on the horse after you get bucked off...

I got over it......not much that can keep me away from cheesecake...

Finished the TdF Challenge this morning. Of course, I set an extremely modest goal this year, not knowing how much riding I'd be able to get in being gone for 10 days this month with no bike. That's going to be the longest I've been off the bike in ... years.

Guess I'll have to run Tongue out

You could always swim.

I'm still hunting for a cheap road bike for hubby--even though he now says he'd rather ride his MtB. How quickly he forgets! 

I went on a nice early morning ride with the tri club yesterday. You should come along with us next week, Heather.

Ahhh, headache almost gone, fresh raspberries in my yogurt. Caffeine in my hand. No kids fighting, nowhere I have to be. It's like a stacation!

hahahaha... I think I saw you guys just as y'all crossed Redwood... I was on my way into work with the pallet jack in the back to move equipment around... boy are my arms sore today...

Hi Nibbs...

Here's a brief synopsis of my day... went to anther rec center to help coordinator figure out her budget for ski (she wanted to drop the program thinking she'd be in the hole, and there was no way I was going to hold the entire bag - so I HAD to save it)... debated coming back to work, thought I would and check my voicemails (which I still haven't done) and...

Locked my keys in the car...  now hubby has to rush them down here (24 mi RT) and pick up DS #1 on the way and get him to Swim Lessons (7 mi back towards home) for 5pm... I'm worrying about traffic to say the least...

Perhaps I should make a copy of my car key to keep at work, though more often than not I'm locking my office keys in my office, not car key in the car

LATER....Now I must geaux wait for hubby...
