Had my first PT session today. I'm going to count it toward my strength/core goal since he brutalized me and I've since had to take Aleve and sit really still.

Hmm. I don't recall ruling anything other than BYU out.

My range of motion is actually pretty decent, but my strength is non-existent, plus I've apparently screwed up my posture. I'll be going twice/week for a few weeks at first. I can't wait to be fully recovered!

Mwahaha! Yep, I bleed red. My first bachelor's is from Utah State , though, so I sorta bleed blue...the right hue of blue, though.

Mwahaha! Yep, I bleed red. My first bachelor's is from Utah State , though, so I sorta bleed blue...the right hue of blue, though.
Between my parents and my sister, they had 5 degrees form the U, so I eventually caved and got one, too. Until that point, I was the blue sheep of the family.
