(actually that sounds kind of like fun...) Especially if the mugger is shirtless? I bet joe could help you out with that... LOL!
He is a mugger? I thought he was the pool boy? Or the bartender? Well sometimes we have to just take what we can get.. and he does come with a strong list of credentials... |

Ive been saying it for so long and Im trying to workout why I cant stick at it... I'd be happy to talk at obnoxious length about what worked for me. Simple tracking. Well, it isn't so simple, but tracking absolutely everything. Calories in and calories out. Once I could see clearly where my calories were coming from and how to balance them both within my nutrition and by using appropriate exercise, the pounds came off slowly but steadily. It takes dedication, but I found once I got in to the system, I learned so much about nutrition and my body with all the feedback they gave. The best part is that you eat whatever you want, you just learn how to balance it all. No, you cannot subsist wholly on chocolate chip cookies, but there is room for those in your day. And, learning what "junk food" is actually better for you than "healthy snacks." Feels really good to down a couple chunks of cheese saying, "I need to get my fat percentage up!"
Lol - I know for me there is something to di with the macronutrient balance in there too... and I think I need an alarm or something... Today I ate: two pieces of toast and one Boiled egg sandwich... all day... no wonder at 7pm I wanted to go home and make cookies right? |

I usually make mine from scratch but I am short about half the ingredients oh well my home made cookies will have to wait until the next trip to the grocery store, and by the looks of my bananas it will be in the next day or two. they only need another day before they are ready to be made into banana bread. |

If I didn't have to swim this morning, I'd head out to the grocery and whip up a batch. I'll refrain and swim so I don't get whipped or tasered or cattle prodded! |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Hubby went out to sea yesterday for a planned run. He came home last night. WTF?????? Something broke and they came home. Come on! I was looking forward to a little peace and quiet last night. All I wanted to do was watch a little Dancing With the Stars and some MNF but nooooooo, hubby comes home and ruins is all. Don't get me wrong, it was nice and all to have him home for another night but sometimes it's nice to have some time to myself too! Maybe tonight. |

Super cute pics and I'd say that attempt at a leg muscle worked rather nicely . LOVE the look on your face at the finish, not just a sense of accomplishment for working hard to cross the finish line but also just a sense of self. Congrats on that and on the weight loss, not easy on either count! |
