on a serious note...what is the best solution for sore calves? i overdid it w/weights on tues, then did an aqua aerobics class, & yesterday, stupidly, wore hooker boots. now i can hardly walk!!

To catch everyone up....the bet was 1 minute of shoulder rub for every pin the winner won by in bowling. She slacked the first two games and made the bet on the third game. She beat me by like 80 pins.

I have trained - er encouraged through fun playtime... my 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter to walk up and down my back, legs, calves, etc. It was great after my half marathon...
