I am thinking of the Halloween challenge.

I am not sure how much running or biking I will be doing.

I am starting P90X Baby on Oct 1st.

Most people say don't run during the 90 days.

But ya'll kind of know me by now and

The chances of me not at least running and biking some are slim.

Who am I kidding the chances are NIL.

No,  I just like saying it that way.

Makes me think it won't be too big a deal.

I tried a couple days of it and

I must admit it is a A$$ buster.

See I knew some of you knew me better than that..LOL.

Just an old man raising 2 grandkids and working full time.

Remodeling the house....Can't women ever leave stuff alone?

Can't forget maintenance on my cars and trucks.

And watching Survivor and Biggest Losers.

Now if I would only give up smoking.

Well it is time to go take the top half off of 1 of my truck engines.

At my advanced age I am getting TIRED of working on cars (even if they are my own).

I'm tired just listening to you.
