Hmm...not exactly my style.  But thanks for the suggestions?  I am trying to figure out what to do with her.  I don't know her well enough to know what she likes to do, aside from her Half Marathon training.  

see if she wants to come over and clean your place and cook you a pot roast.  that's what women like to do.

cliffs:  neil wanted to talk about our relationship last night.
          we didn't break up but we maybe almost did and i'm not sure we are going to be OK.
          i sure feel like a jerk if he's just depressed and i'm not being there for him cause
          i am too worried about my feelings.
          things are getting really serious and he's a little freaked out.
          everyone is pressuring him about getting married and having kids (but not me)

serious suggestions for a girl that you know likes to run.

suggest hiking/rock climbing/some sort of physical activity that forces you to talk a lot and is fun, preferably something she hasn't tried before.  go to citysearch or something like that and see if there is anything special going on this weekend.  but key is offer something to DO that is not just sit and drink/sit at dinner/go to a movie.

ETA  OF COURSE, dinner or drinks can be done, especially if you have a good time, but should not be the focus of the date. 

x2. My second date with triathlete guy was to a rock climbing gym and second date with cyclist guy was a bike ride (obvi). I was new and bad at both activities at the time, so it was fun, as they tried to help and encourage me - plus it ensures that you get to touch her

indoor shooting range?  when i go out in norfolk i pass one and always want to go in.  i've never even held a gun.  i just wanna try it.

I know there's one of those on the IL side of the river, but her phone number is an IL number and I doubt she has an Illinois Firearms Owner's ID Card, which you need to do anything involving guns in IL.

If it was warmer (and she didn't mind not being able to use her right shoulder for a day or two) I could take her trap shooting.

aquariums make for awesome dates with dorks.  there.  something that's not cold or illegal in illinois.

Or as cheesy as it is, go bowling. It's indoors, it's cheap, it's silly, you can "challenge" each other. And there's beer.

Since it's so freakin' cold, what about ice skating?

rock climbing is soooooooooo fun.  i wish there was a rock gym on my side of the bridge.  when i worked at harley a huge group of us went every friday night.  working at harley was like the best 8 months of my life.

Well, come out to Iowa for a weekend, we can rock climb, shoot, and hatef*ck in the back of my car.

oh the irony of you calling me me-hurts.  cause that is how i feel.  if i didn't have to work today i would have spent all day working out putting myself in all kinds of physical pain.  i did swim and plan to run later.  love how a good workout can clear your mind.

ooooh and i can expense it all pretending i'm going on a customer visit.  sweet.

So, my wife and kids are dorks for attending the Georgia Aquarium?

i love aquariums.  i'm a huge dork.  i just feel like non-dorky people will not get a whole lot out of the aquarium.  i will stare at a tank and find every fish and pet or hold whatever they will let me and watch every show, no matter how dorky, offered while i am there.

i have yet to see sharks get fed
