I tried the low carb thing and I COULD NOT do it!! I love my bread and carbs WAY too much!! I've gone from about 70% carb to about 50%, though, and that really helped me lose weight. More protein was helpful because I felt full longer.

I can't do the low carb thing either. I end up feeling wayyyyy sick. Hm. Based upon this ^^^ though, maybe I should attempt to cut back a little though. Cookes don't *really* have carbs, do they? Maybe I should just cut out cut back on the cookies.

I haven't been eating sugar. It's been helping. Once you get past the headaches, anyway.

I felt sick, more than having headaches. But then again, I freely admit that I'm addicted to carbs.

Yep.  If she keeps it up I'm going to tase her.

True that....there's an obvious quality difference between your postings.  Dee's posts are worth like 2 of Phil's.  :P 

You really can't not participate in that one.  I'll give you that.
