Subject: RE: kaburns1214 Mentor Group 2011 Part 2 - CLOSED7 mile run this morning, it was miserable. Walked the hills. I weighed myself before & after, and dropped 4 pounds in 75 minutes. I even drank a bottle of water. My shorts felt like they were carrying the entire 4 pounds in sweat! Long bike ride tomorrow (although my knee has been bothering me biking so we'll see how that goes), long run Sunday, and then Peachtree 10k Monday. I'm tired just thinking about all this.
