How was your trip today?

not too bad - I was delayed about an hour due to weather in Philly

why are you dehydrated?

Didn't drink enough before my run yesterday and then I lost about 2.5 pounds while I was running.

My cats are mostly independent. Sometimes they want to cuddle and be held. If we've been gone for awhile they get upset and lonely. They are both still pretty young though.

My cat is independent. Although he does love the kids. He will leave his favorite nap place at three in the afternoon and wait on the couch in the den for them to come home from school. He especially loves my son. If I can't find the cat, I look for my son, and low and behold, there is the cat. I think that's cool since the cat will be 16 in August and my son is 10 tomorrow.

I would have a dehydration headache if that had happened to me. Or red pee. Which is a little more frightening (but temporary).

I rarely drink a lot of water during a race because I just end up having to pee. There were 3 water stations on the 8K and it was around 90F even at 8 am on Saturday... I just passed 'em up, figuring that I'd survive on a 5 mile run without drinking with no ill effects.

I have a headache. And I wasn't peeing. So, another bottle of Gatorade has been consumed and starting to feel better.

I'm so pi$$ed at myself. I went to download the music from my ipod onto my computer at work and I did hte exact opposite. So I had no music at all ARRGGHHH!

But luckily it is still all on my computer at home. the itunes at home has gone a little nuts for some of the music is in there 2 or 3 times. But I'm downloading it anyway so I can have some music tomorrow.

I can relate! I had to completely redo my iTunes when I got a new laptop - I'm still missing some of the music from my original library

Lol - GB has a Peptic ulcer and is really sick. He is also on super duper pain killers which means no driving etc so Im the nursemaid thingy....

Only he was feeling a little better yesterday afternoon, or frustrated, or something so has turned into a cranky, difficult three year old boy (instead of a 30 something ish man)
