Don't stop exercising!  You're doing the right thing for your health.  Some of those results in lab numbers may come from genetics, which we all know we sometimes can't do anything about. 

Take the meds, but don't stop exercising!  You're doing the right thing.  You'll see results soon, if not in your lab numbers, in your general body shape and GENERAL health.

Stick with it!

Completely agree.  Some people just have high cholesterol and it doesn't have much to do with eating or with exercise.  Stick with the training.  You'll see so many other benefits.

I spent the night there for my Saturday tri, but in the afernoon when checking in with DH he said one kiddo was feverish and he (DH) was wiped.  So I went straight home rather than adding gear-gathering time to my exit.
