Anybody have any interesting pedal stroke drills or mental training tips? Stuff they do when workouts get hard to keep them motivated? Music is usually my motivator... umm I like sustained intervals if you dont do them much... I usually do 3 minutes HARD, 2 off... very difficult if you dont train with long intervals very often and more closer related to outdoor long course riding than the shorter ones you often do in Spin In spin I always like a long hill climb - 7 minute track or similar... What about picking your favourite bike ride and then basing the class around that... like a ride simulation... I LOVE those classes the most... but i think Im biased as they feel the most real... |
