just updated the work sheet.  Somehow I missed when team 2 was ahead.  We are still fairly close behind though.

Interest seems to be waning for this challenge.  Are we still moving forward?

I know that this is the third month of your challenge but I am just getting started here. I am doing an indoor tri at my local Y this weekend (swim/bike/run 20 min each) to start off my training for a sprint tri this fall. Can I still join? I like the concept of shooting for the moon and it will help me log hours in all three sports. I checked the spreadsheet and it seems that a few in team 2 haven't logged in. Would there be room for me on that team?

By all means, sign up wherever there appears to be more room.  Welcome to BT and the challenge forum.

I am still in.  Have had some injuries the past couple of weeks, but should be good to go from now on, hopefully.

Finally updated for February. Bike and swim were much lower then January but my run was exactly the same! Hopefully March will be better.

Thanks for adding my name in. I updated my times today. I did an indoor tri at our local Y this sunday. It was how far can you go in 60 min. you swim laps for 20, ride the stationary bike for 20 and then run on the treadmill for 20. I did pretty well for my first one going 10 laps (500 meters), biking 4.4 miles and then walk/run 1.4 miles. My 14 year old son did it with me and he only beat me by 1/2 mile so I feel pretty good about that. Now its on to training for a sprint tri!

Hi everyone,

I updated the spreadsheet. slowly catching up. I have  not done as much as I wanted to this week as I found out on Wed. that I have lost my job at the end of the school year. Pretty distressed about that and took a day to sulk.

My new plan is to focus on training and put my energy into that instead. I have scheduled in all my workouts this week to follow the training plan. I am hoping this will give me a positive thing to focus on. Looking forward to a better week this week.

Hi everyone,

I did 37 min. run today. I logged it on the spreadsheet and in the training log. I love seeing the squares turn peach.  I got up to .11% so far on my trip to the moon!!!

It has been a terrible rainy, windy day here. Hope someone out there is having better weather.

This sounds like a great challenge to get involved in.  I would also like to join this challenge if that is still okay.  I am just getting into training and I am looking for something to help get me motivated.  I am training for one of the legs of the k-100 mile relay this summer and am thinking of trying my first triathlon later in the year.

ok i updated the spreadsheet and I would like to apologize to my team. I got a cold right before my half-mary, so I went really easy and didn't push too hard and then right after my half-mary I think I got ANOTHER cold, or maybe I just never got over the first one, so I have pitiful results this month. But I'm excited for April! I'm back in action ready to go and I've got a little sprint coming up in two weeks and then an aquavelo and century bike rides and possibly a half (gasp!) to start training for!! It feels good to be a triathlete again!
