Welcome SweetP!

I threw out my back this morning... GRRR! I have a 10 AM Chiropractor appoinrment and am alreadt medicated so hopefully I'll be feeling better this afternoon for my swim. It is a easy 45min 1100m workout of mostly kicking drills so if I am not hurting I should be fine for a zero impact workout. Hopefully... We will see what the doctor says.

SweetP - 2008-10-10 8:54 AM OK- I just found this challenge today - and since I'm the newest member of Abbie's fan club, I'm in.  So, I guess I'm shooting for 23 peaches.

Abbie's fan club.....I like the sound of that

Ok so I have a gym membership I've had for YEARS.  I don't go but my membership dues are ridiculously cheap so I keep it.  The closest gym to me is incredibly small and sucks.  They do have spinning classes and I've never taken spinning.  I decided to look up their class schedule online (it worked before) but it says no classes are available.  I wonder if the sucky small gym near me is closing up...

Tummy issues for me when I woke up, I'll spare you the details.  Did a whopping 10 minute strecth, may go for a walk or something very mellow/low impact later today.  Way to keep the peach going everyone!

I got in 11 miles worth of commuting on the bike today and one craptastic swim this afternoon.  Weather should be nice this weekend so I might get in a round of golf (sans cart of course) and whatever else I can squeeze in while i'm visiting my folks.  Everyone keep painting those calendars peach!

I spent my entire work day running with kids at an elementary school.  My miles and actual time ran is a guess, but a peach is a peach.

Planning on getting on the bike and trying to actually run today. It will more than likely end up a wralk, but I'm going to start with the run. See if the PF will stay at bay.

Have a peachy day everyone.

Well done on everyones peachiness. I'm all peached up for day 14 with a trainer ride before I take my son to the dentist. Sitting in a dentist waiting room should count for something, surely!

Hey Everyone!

I have fallen behind on the peach thread! We were away all weekend as we went up to Baltimore for the Baltimore Half Marathon! I was excited to get my peach in on Friday from walking around the Inner Harbor; then on Saturday with the race (which I ran a PR...woohoo!).

Unfortunately due to travelling all day I got a yellow box on Sunday. But...I made up my own rule and decided that if you have a green box, you are allowed one yellow box.

I just read through some of your posts from over the weekend...I love the need for the 'hanky panky' option. Too funny! If I see 'wrestling' in any of your logs I'm going to know your secrets now! Hee, hee!

I stayed up WAY too late last night and couldn't get myself out of bed to workout this morning so I'll have to get my peach after work and before 'Biggest Loser'.

Have a great day guys!
