2000m in 46 minutes tonight after work. The hardest part was just getting out there to the pool. Still it's so much easier when I am swimming with my masters group.

I'm here!!!

Finally got to the pool last night (dexter was there as well, so I am sure he will chime in sooner or later). This was supposed to be the 2nd swim of the week (month) but the pool was closed Tuesday.  I am going to try and make it up tomorrow at the Y, but they are opening a new pool and after being gone the last 2 months I am not sure if it is open yet or not!  Either way, I'll get the challenge done!!

Another swim in the bag last night.    5200m to date ( 20% of my goal).

I have a long swim session planned for the weekend. (4500 to 5000m).  This should get me right where I need to be.

BOYS RULE !    Girls just smell good.

After my 7 miles this morning, I decided to bear down and just swim for an hour.  I'm very sore, but happy it was completed.

While my eldest had b-ball practice, I did a 1 hour bike ride, then ventured in at the pool at the school he was at.  They had a 20 yard lap lane, so it was better than nothing.  I did about 14 yards, but it could have been more since I lost count a couple of times on the lapping.  I HATE short pools.
