Fighting Artichokes - September End of Summer Challenge (Page 9)

Hi Team ,  I actually went for a run today and it felt good out there but i did not want to push it  so i ran 6  in just over an hour.  Also tackled some mini  and medium hills.   3 1/2  days left .

swam today! only cuz I had to!!! sad to say! I did it for ya'll...and forgot how fun it was once I got there....for not swimming much these past few months...I did ok! which is much better then anticipated...

obtw....the article did come out....it is in the pink section and I will look to see if I can find an online link...

have a great day! husband and daughter rode a century ride with 8000 foot+ elevation gain....that is why I decided to stay home! not enough cheese in this world for the whine I would have needed. LOL and that did get me to the pool, too!

Got in a long ride this morning  so almost done on the bike  ,   but missed my planned  lunchtime swim due to long last minute meeting . 

I will have to make some of it up tonight  and tomarrow   !!!

btw had artichoke bread last night....and it is FRICKING DELICIOUS! there is a bakery near the coast that makes it...they have a huge artichoke field next to them...we make a trip there at least a few times a year....this time, my daughter and husband rode over there on their bikes...with a century ride....and they brought me home a loaf....they (husband and daughter) are such keepers! was super yummy with my glass of cabarnet...

just a little artichoke fyi!
