Kido - 2011-12-10 3:01 AM Good news and bad.Bad news, stupid poopiehead cancer spread. Good news, the doc expanded the surgery and got it all. I'm down a half dozen lymph nodes. He is also very surprised how well/fast I'm recovering. Lifted any restrictions and said I can go back to training to whatever level I feel reasonable. I would obviously know when to call it quits if their are bad things happening.Next up, get fried/nuked. After that? I won a lifetime supply of thyroid meds. Don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry. (you know, hulk reference after getting hit with gama radiation)Peace and chicken grease. I'm at the mall to watch the wife's fashion show and christmas show.

hello TAN ...I'm home now.

I am really excited about the potential possibilities that await...I can't believe my boss cried. I can't believe this day. It was surreal, for sure. But, a relief in a sense. Now...I'd like to see what's out there to explore. I think I want out of this industry...I want to do something in the health field. Like be a buyer for a health food chain.

it was today, the party. opted to not. i think it would have been totally fine, strangely. but wanted to come home.

Lots of accidents and freezing cold. The high temp is 23 with 19 degrees wind chill. Had fun at 5am shoveling with my 5 year old son. He was ready to roll in his snow suit at 5am while daddy was tired. I'm happy your feeling better and thats great news about Kido.

Tell me about your weather in paradise so I can remember swim season.

thank you for saying this. it's been a long time coming. mentally have been preparing for it almost. like every week...i think...is THIS the week? terrible way to live.

someone i told at work today, said...wow...you would never know this just happened. it isn't 'good' news' ...i need to support my kids. but, it's definitely a weight being lifted off...and i can now focus with clarity of mind...and less stress...to find something that suits me better.
