Canadian Flo...slowly back away from the computer, get busy and get those wheels to market!!...the season is under way!  How about a little less time on the interwebz and a little more time on manufacturing??...based on what I've seen here and on ST, I hope you ordered enough

Hope the wind tunnel test went well...sure would like these wheels for my A-race in October.

Trust me my friend, we want these wheels on the market just as bad as you do.  However, building custom rim and fairing shapes takes time.  Our wheels work together as a system so we had to start from scratch.

For now I'll say that the wind tunnel went better than expected

yarislab - 2011-04-28 2:10 PM I would sell my body just to get a pair of Flo 90mm right now!!!

LOL... the whole point of these wheels is that you don't have to do that to afford a pair.

And I am VERY excited for these wheels, especially after that review. My bank account is waiting to be drained for a set of those 90's!

Chris, I understand the challenges of delivery a newly manufactured product to market.  It can be very daunting and it seems as if timelines change by the hour. You guys are doing very well...keep up the great work.

Some of these may have been covered already but I have a couple of questions:

-Do you know if a wheelbuilder wheelcover will fit on your 90's (or why don't you make your own as an upgrade with the wheel. Is it that hard for someone with your capabilities to cut a couple pieces of plastic to fit perfectly with your wheels)?

-I know you just built the prototypes but have you found a tire that works best? I saw the tririg Q&A stating 23mm works best but in testing was there any difference between the Pro Race 3's and the Open Corsa's fitting the rim profile better?

I am super excited to get the 60/90 with a wheelcover. A complete race setup for under $1000

Thanks guys, you made my year!

Thank you very much for the kind words.  I must agree that at times it has been a little daunting.  One millimeter here or there can mean so much.  We are getting there though.  Our hard work feels like it is starting to pay off.

To be honest I haven't checked it a wheel builder wheel cover will fit.  I know wheel builder makes covers for almost every wheel out there so I'm sure they would be able to make one to fit our 90mm wheel.  I guess we could make wheel covers but at this time we do not have a plastics manufacturer that we are working with.  If in the future we ever did make a wheel cover, I'm assuming it would be out of carbon fiber.  For the time being we do not have wheel covers in our product line.

-I know you just built the prototypes but have you found a tire that works best? I saw the tririg Q&A stating 23mm works best but in testing was there any difference between the Pro Race 3's and the Open Corsa's fitting the rim profile better?

Both tires fit the rim extremely well.  As you can see in some of the TriRig photos, that our tire, rim and fairing make a very straight line.  We recommend a 23mm tire for this reason.  In the tunnel both tires tested well.  The Michelin Pro 3 race tested a little better though.

I am super excited to get the 60/90 with a wheelcover. A complete race setup for under $1000

Thanks guys, you made my year!

You are very welcome my friend.  Thank you for the support!
