Usually we go to the mountains and I love skiing, however the snow seems to be hitting the city more than the mountains . Before I got sick I was out in snow shoes..... Great exercise! Good luck enjoying that snow!!!! I am hoping I am showing my workouts because this challeneg is the only reason I am working out. I am really tired. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful for the challeneg becasue I am doing it. I hears the best quote that is my my motto: "A set back is really just a setup for a comeback!" This is my motto!!! Go girls! |

Member 32 | Subject: RE: marymosc13's group THE V.A.M.P.S., FULL OK, I checked my training log control panel and it is definitely set to public. Mary can you check it and see if you can see my updates. On Saturday I completed a 45 minute walk and I just updated it on my log (it is Sunday now - I had a computer-free day yesterday, and, to my amazement, I did not die from this, LOL) Also, I might be an idiot, but what do the pink boxes vs yellow boxes mean...is there a page I can go to to read all of this kind of stuf...I must have missed it along the way sometime. Thanks. Michele |

Thanks. Michele nope, i still don't see it in the log... could it be you are logging in your planned activity log? since you've got a plan loaded in there, its possible that's where your minutes are going. when i go to your log and click that purple double arrow next to the planned activity/training i jump to another log - this is definitely confusing for me so i suggest we ask the BT monitors to give us some help. i'll send a message now. as for the calendar colors, light pink means you did either a swim/bike/run, dark pink means you did strength or sports workouts (and gets overridden by the swim/bike/run if you do both) yellow means you "wrote" something on that particular day, but didn't log any activity. |

All of the boxes on my calender are light pink except for the upcoming thursdays which are yellow. I didn't plan on being a PITA. Sorry. I am going to go back and read more about logging now. M |

my totals show you have 390 Carol is right, she's been keeping track in a nifty spreadsheet that she sent me (it runs thursday to thursday which is why there are blank days there) - but I'm using it for us too! way to go everyone! double check the math because I'm a writer by trade, math and i don't do too well together.

Master 1381 Clifton, NJ | Subject: RE: marymosc13's group THE V.A.M.P.S., FULL i hope that you are all as proud of yourselves and your minutes total for the first four days of our challenge as i am! everyone is participating - and that's really great! i also hope that in looking back at your logs, to give me your totals, you are aware of how significant your activity has been. its still early in the challenge and anything can happen, but we are in the lead as of now. don't make the mistake of underestimating the other group, though, i know how competitve carol is and from the way they were talking in the beginning, they mean business! keep up the pace and be consistent. HOWEVER - my real intention is to keep this about us and our progress... make improvements, challenge yourself, don't just "mail it in" to get minutes on your log. my race sunday proved to me that there are times you have to get out of your comfort zone to achieve great things (sunday was NOT comfortable at all - but i met my goal) get the picture? so focus on what YOU want, to be a triathlete - to lose weight - to feel healthy - whatever it is, the minutes will come... and at the end of the challenge there will be a triumphant victory - whether we have more minutes or not! woo hoo - go VAMPS!
