Lol - yes but I need to do it less often... thats 3 times in 2.5 years... its usually frustration but right now I think Im just OVER it... as in OVER everything!

Im just frustrated I guess... especially with this project where its kind of like: Well if yuo guys have done 90% of the project why am I now suddenly working on it? It doesnt make much sense...

Oh, love. There's no such thing as a normal person. I bet as a boss he's seen some pretty strange things, and you crying a bit isn't up there on the scale.

I know that's not even the issue, it was why it all came up at such an inconvenient time and you feel embarrassed. It will pass, I promise, nearly as quickly as the tears.

The frustration is genuine, though. Maybe once in a while you could let him know that you're eager to do the work, but a bit puzzled as to why this is on your plate at this time in this state ...

He is puzzled why I dont talk to him more so its going to be a fun conversation Im sure!

I was thinking about it, I thought it was because he was so busy and stressed Im just good at keeping a low profile... but there is more to it than that... he has such STRONG opinions on everything I need time to get my 'inspiration' before talking to him or I never get a chance to formulate my own ideas...

Do yuo think he will understand that?

Funny, I was going to suggest you say that very thing. Bosses can detect sincerity. And especially if you frame it in a good light, like you value his opinions and energy and strong creative thinking, it's just that if you're not well-thought and well-set on yours, they tend to get swallowed up.
