This little kid is sooooo cute. She wants to swim tomorrow so I'm riding my bike to wherever my sister desices to take them swimming. Then I can still swim and ride tomorrow

Sweet kids.... I wish mine were like that... LOL....

Part of her cuteness is that she is more fluent in Dutch than English so she's really quiet around the family and since there's a lot of us when we're all around it can gfet a bit overwhelming to not understand it all.

Don't you have boys?

Andy's cousin has two kids. They live in Sweden so they speak more Swedish than English. It's very cute.

It's a girl!!

No name yet, just tested her around the block before the rains come in. Fast, and she kind of gave me some sass. She's a wild child. Gonna have to learn how to handle her and win her over. I just don't know her well enough and she wouldn't tell me her name.

Mooch was different. He basically said, "Eff it dude, lets do this." This lady told me, "I'm taking off, if you can't handle me, come back later when you're ready."

Yes, I love my bikes way too much, and I have conversations with them when I'm riding. I think I may have issues.

Ok... no more rambling. Here's my new mistress:

The Ironman organization is putting on the race. It's part of the Ironman 70.3 series.

I ran my first marathon down there, so I figured why not make a return trip for this step. Plus, when I saw Abita was sponsoring the post race party, it was a no brainer

Im struggling today with the down hill to the finish its the perfect chance for a break... but its also the perfect chance toget it all together and whatever fast men make it over hte hills with the bunch to give it a go...

Have you seen the stuff he ha been spouting today?

Saying he is going to concentrate on stage victory... but his tam director is more coy saying he would still like to see his team in yellow.... Personally I would rather se Vandevelde in yellow - Millar talks to the press all the time!

I know.... The beginning of the stage is really nice for a breakaway... But that long downhill to the finish means they'd all come back together.... I don't think the fast sprinters (McEwen, etc.) will make it back into the peleton in time for a fast sprint finish. (Although it's a nice flat finish, if they can get there in time!).... I think the winner will be someone good in a sprint, though. (Not a pure sprinter, but someone who can survive the hills with the peleton, and then has a fast finishing kick.)

Very tough to pick for this stage!

Someone like Friere maybe Im thinking... but even Zabel well yesterday which was surprising...
