Laura made Chicken and Tortalinie Soup.  It is one of my favorites, and a great pick since it is nasty out.

She thanked Bek Keat at the finish for helping her out with a CO2 cannister... thats awesome!

All class - she came down to race IMOZ this year and everyone that met her just fell in love!

Hello fellow Dark Arts team, Hope there's lots of training going on.  I'm taking my bike out for a long ride and hope to get a short swim in today.  But, domestic divadom calls and my clutter needs to be cleaned too

Dark Arts notes – Volume 7

There was quite a discussion about Muppets – who’s your favorite?

Phil’s recap for Friday evening

Last night's recap -
SuperCat - Is looking for a few good enlisted men.   Needs less than 70 posts to hit the 15K mark!!
QueenZippy - Has a foot and shoe fetish.
tlnewman30 - Travis had a great time with the kids' race and provided pics of helpful soldiers.  Travis - remember to post EACH pic in its OWN post!
– nicely done Phil!

Phil (1stTimeTri)-  What can I say?  Phil is a giver!  More than one of our lovely team members , including yours truly, has benefited from Phil generously laying the groundwork for another member of the team to get TOPPAGE!

Steve (AccidentalChef)-  hmmm is he MIA?– no updates on his blog either, time for some inspires

Melissa (BunnyB) – is getting in some nice running and I’m sure she’s enjoying her visit with her friend

Emily (esc) –  is headed out of town on vacation – she’ll be back on Wed.  Have a great time of resting, and relaxing and not working!

Cat (kaqphin)- seems to have a ‘thing’ for men in uniform and also would like to have one holding her hand while she runs – she’d like to meet some men in uniform, but doesn’t have much opportunity – there was talk of hunting and sight seeing and visiting the US

Kendra (kns57)- Kendra seems to have warmed up to the idea of TOPPAGE, so much so that she invented BOTTOMPAGE, and managed to get TOPPAGE immediately following some impressive nearly uninterrupted post padding to get BOTTOMPAGE.

Beth (lastcall2003)- had to werk a lot, so didn’t post much

Matt (mdb) – nice workouts!

Judi (QueenZipp) – is a multi-tasking diva, who lives in the land of domestic divadom (it sounds so much more glamorous when she says it.

Kathrin (ratkat) – Has come through a stomach bug with flying colors and got in a nice run with a solid improvement in her pace – WTG!

Travis (tlnewman)- is happy because the Phillies won, he also had a great time at the run with the little kids – thanks for the pics! (hmmmmm, we haven’t had nearly enough pics in this thread )  Hmmmm, interesting perspective, his advice to Cat is ‘men are more work than they are worth anyways’ – you heard it folks!

Sharon (zeefraugtries) –  Our dear friend Sharon is going to be our fantastic cheerleader for the rest of the challenge – unfortunately her leg is not cooperating with her

Kristin (LazyMarathoner) – made it to the Windy City safe and sound

here you go Kendra

If only the wind could also clean out the house for you. Glad you had a beautiful ride.
