Thanks again for all your hard work and encouragement

Great job to everyone this month!!!  We all didn't finish all of our goals, but we had a great month as a team.  Our final percentage is 93.3%.  That's great!

Our highest percentage overall is saling4 - 107.6%!  I think there was a competition between Brian and Sal to see who could go the highest over. 

I think we might have created several post-padding monsters - especially Steve who probably set a record yesterday. 

Looking at the amount we biked, swam, and ran this month is pretty impressive.  There are some really high numbers in there. 

I had a blast with everyone this month.  Hope to see you all in another challenge soon.

Just wanted to second everything Jen said.

This was a great month.  Ended the tri season the 1st weekend of the month, and I needed this month to prep for my upcoming marathon.  It worked! (I love challenges).  Stats for the month:

158 miles biking (11 hours)
114 miles running (17:52 hours) and
10730 yds swimming (just 200 yds short of goal.

...and by the way, NO ONE can keep up with saling as far as training, and NO ONE can keep up with Steve as far as post-padding!
