Veteran 740 The Woodlands, TX | Subject: RE: Ironman Texas TxMatt - 2011-05-18 7:06 AM Being that the run course consists of 3 laps, does that mean we will have access to our special needs bag each time? It sure would be nice to have a new pair of socks for each lap! Find out for sure tomorrow night, but other three-lap IM's have provided access to SN on each lap. |

Yay Kelly! I will see you there around 12:30 Question for the group regarding the muscle soreness. I had my last workout planned for today (10 minutes in each sport) but my body is shot. Should I do it or just keep resting? Taking almost a full week off seems like too much but I'd rather it heal up then do any damage... |

At this point, time off is better. Go into the race fully rested and healed up. However, if you think some light training will promote healing then go ahead and do that. For me, easy swimming seems to relieve muscle soreness. |

The expo / check-in is next to the host hotel and at the SE corner across from the mall.

Great, thank you so much for the feadback As for shirt sizes, I hope they stick to them! I've finished way too many races where they have run out of my shirt size because others ordered the wrong one and took mine. I have countless tech shirts that fit me as dresses - I'm thinking if I add a (run) belt and some heels I can start a new fashion trend |

YAY. Does the small actually fit you? Last year's WTC shirts were TINY (a small would have fit my friend's 8 year old). I took a chance with the Galveston 70.3 this year and ordered large and it was perfect. I'm hoping they have the same KSwiss shirts for IMTX as they did for Galveston. |

Picked up packet today as well. I thought it was a pretty nice expo. I'll be going back tomorrow or friday when I have more time. Endless pool is there with some promo that you can't keep up swimming in their current for 2 minutes at full speed. I love a challenge..
