Hey everyone,

Come join your friends from BT for a little "off-season" socializing and good eatin'! Compare notes from this year's races, check to see who's racing where next year, or just kick back and relax!

OK, who's working out on Sunday before the BBQ-fest? Gotta make room for those calories!

I'm doing a 30 min run/walk (6:4 x 3). Unfortunately it looks like we're going to to have snow showers in the morning.

I'm supposed to do a 30 mile ride...please let the weather allow it to be outside...and a big whopping 10 minute run after. I had some achilles/calf issues come up again this week so pulled the plug on most of my running...see how my body does with 10 minutes.

My new Tarmac has only been ridden twice...bought it to be my winter bike so this is perfect weather to take her out.

Morning workout for me, trainer ride, maybe a short run too. Can't let the weekend go by without doing something. Plus I have to have an exercise buffer built up so I can justify eating!
