But I took some, uh, liberties over the weekend, and I haven't been very disciplined with either eating or exercise this week. So I'm a little concerned... I can feel that I've gained some...
However, since I'm going to be out of town this weekend, I'm going to miss my regular WI. It's a good thing for me, right? I have another 10 days to compensate for my loose lips these last 5 days.
So here's my question:
Once you reach your goal weight, do you have to stay at/under it for 6 full weeks in a row in order to get lifetime status? Or do I just need to make sure that I'm actually at/under it at the end of 6 weeks?
And what happens if I miss one of those 6 weeks (which is likely anyway, regardless of my travel this weekend, because it involves t-giving and xmas... )
