Hi, all.  Busy week here.  My wife's car bit the dust so we wound up spending a couple of hours at the dealership intending to buy a used one, but they had a buyer back out on a new one and gave us a decent deal on it so we pulled the trigger on a 2024 Corolla Hybrid SE.  This isn't your father's Corolla - this thing is quick.  Missed a day of training on Wednesday playing Uber driver dealing with the old car (was fixed, but not really, then was again, but REALLY not really), but Thursday and Friday went well with a tempo run and strength training one day, then a swim and Bikram Yoga the next.

Now that our car saga is finally over, hoping to get back to The Plan again.  Headed to Masters swim for the first time in two years here in a bit, then will come back home for about an hour on the bike or so.
