If you are a bit nervous about clipless pedals, Speedplay do have the LightAction pedals, which are very easy to get out of (all Speedplays are easy to clip in to, just push downwards with a little ankle twist and you're in).
I recently switched from the X5's (similar to the Light Actions ) to the Zero's and hated the Zero's. After a week on them it was a lot of work to get in/out of them.
I strongly suggest that anyone going to Speedplays start on the Light Actions or X5's. NOT the Zero's.
Otherwise, I love my Speedplays! Been riding them for 4 years!
PS - to the OP, I just read your other post about falling a lot with clipless pedals. DO NOT GET THE SPEEDPLAY ZERO'S. Seriously. They are hard pedals to get in and out of. I would not recommend those to newbies or to someone who is falling a lot. The Light Action Speedplays are what you should get.
