Commodore 64 with a tape drive when I was about 12 or 13.  A year later we got the external floppy drive.

We got a 286 about the time I started college - 1990 or so.  In 1995 I upgraded to a Pentium and sprung for the upgrade from 4MB to 8MB of RAM which was about $300.

An Eagle II, I think it was.  Zilog Z80 cpu running CP/M.

Then an Apple II of some sort, followed by a long line of others.

First computer was the Commador Vic-20. The predacessor to the 64. It took a cartridge in the back and also had the tape drive. Then an upgrade to the 64. Then the Amiga.. LOL

The first one I ever bought?  A Powerbook 140.  When I used it in public people would stop and stare at it.

Now Up-To-Date and Contact were the shizz.

MS Word 5.0 = Best word processor ever.

I loved that machine.

Looking back so the Amiga was the upgrade to the commodor 64?
