Press and hold Start/Stop + Lap/Reset. 2. When the screen goes blank release the Start/Stop key. 3. 3-5 seconds after releasing Start/Stop release the Lap/Reset key. 4. Press Start/Stop to select when prompted to "Erase all user data?". After the master reset please follow the steps below to re-run the firmware update. 1. Right click on the ANT+ Agent icon. 2. Click on "Device Settings." 3. Check the box next to "Clear pending transfers to device (this time only.) 4. Remove and re-insert the ANT+ stick. 5.
