Well, I can't say that I'm AGAINST people doing illegal transplants because I have had a kidney transplant already.  UNO's dictates who and when a person can get a transplant.  If people wanted to pay for one, that is their business.  I would pay unlimited amount of funds if I needed one and was going to die, regardless of some law maker dictating that I could or could not get one.  Wouldn't you?  For your family members?

What part of this state's government isn't corrupt?  It's a nest of snakes & thieves.  Sad.  It is a great place in many ways but this doesn't help.
