Long ago, when I was really getting into triathlon, I thought to myself: if I can train a dog to pee and poop on command, and that quickly, surely I can train myself to do the same? This would be a very valuable skill.

So I wake up. I go, I'm done, I get on with my day. That's efficiency. None of this multi-tasking bidnis.
