Subject: Importing Races
Hello Community!

Looking to import and upload an Ironman 70.3 race (Western Massachusetts on June 8, 2025) that is not currently on the list of races in the BT Database. Any guidance how to make that happen would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello...you'll need to add the race if it isn't already there.  Go to Races > Create Report > Add Race > I Don't See Mine, Add New Race.  You'll fill out the details of the race, then save it (you have to fill out most of the fields to have it save).  Then you will see the blank race report...go to the bottom and Save As Draft.  Now it should show up in My Races.

I followed your instructions, but nothing works. Maybe the algorithm has changed during this time?
