| Subject: RE: TH3_FRB cycling accidentThanks for all the encouragement.  I'm going to try and come back slowly but honestly this is 95% a conditioning issue now.  The fracture was the only damage I had aside from the trauma from the impact.  There wasn't really any damage to the joing that requires lengthy PT like knee, shoulder, elbow surgery.  I had my elbow reconstructed with new ligaments about 5 years ago and that was a rather slow process to get ROM back.  All the swimming I did kept allowed me to keep most of the flexibility and ROM in my hip while the bone had time to fuse.  At this point it's primarily a muscle strength thing for my leg.  I did notice today at the gym that my right calf is noticably smaller than my left. |
