dck4shrt - 2008-04-01 3:10 PM I can't believe this thread is 80% finished (assuming we stop at 100 pages).  We've got to get another event on the schedule...

Yeah, I doubt we'll make it to Blah Blah Blah day before this one reaches 100.

Wow, long day.  Took Sophie and Grant to the park and to Pomodoro for dinner.  First time with just me taking the kids out by myself.  No bumps, bruises, car accidents, or spilled milk.  Fun.  I think I did a pretty good job.  I ran into one of Heather's close friends at Pomodoro actually, who can attest to the fact that the kids looked OK on my watch.

Is amazing how I didn't work out today, and it feels like I haven't worked out in forever.  Even though it's only been around 24 hours.  I think Tuesdays are going to be my official day off, or active recovery day.

Well if it is a choice between time w/ the kids or working out I'd take time with the kids every time; maybe the day off and time w/ the kids on Tuesday will work out for you.  Dad's are far better w/ kids than Mom's give us credit for.

I get the best of both worlds, because I get to train with my kids.

They're awesome, just like their dad.
