Subject: Need new Running Shoes
Anyone have suggetsions for where to go to get a good running shoe fitting in the Dallas area? I've been running with my current pair for too long....getting holes in them!

I actually was talking to Sydney yesterday.  I went to Lukes and got me some new runnin' shoes....I had my "Arizona Ironman TRAINING swim. bike. run. eat. sleep. shirt on and we got to talkin' about the IM in Nov.  She was way cool (and not too hard on the eyes, if ya know what I mean)...(editorial note:  that's a compliment to whomever is fortunate enough to be dating her).

 Oh, shoes...that's right...this was about shoes...not Sydney...DOH!  Yeah, Run-on or Lukes...whichever is more convenient for you...I've found that both are adequate in the "shoe" department...(aside:  Lukes in Plano has Sydney, though)....

Sydney is great.  She is training for IMKY.  I am not sure she fits the shoes herself, but they have a very competent staff that does.  I like all the employees there.

I go to RunOn in Richardson at Coit and Campbell because it's close to me and have always had good service from the staff. There is a RunOn in Dallas off Central somewhere (Mockingbird I think) and a Luke's closer to downtown too.

There's also a Run On in McKinney that we go to. Pretty close to you. El Dorado and Lake Forest.
