Subject: ISO Ironman coaching...

Hey guys...

I have been toying with the idea of getting a coach for my IM trainin (IMcDA). I did IMFL before on my own and I think I want some direction as to what I should be doing. I am looking for recommendations for coaching.. Looking for someone affordable and preferentially someone that caters to non-pros or people with limited time or money to train..

Cheers

luis

I would highly recommend using Bob Seebohar at www.fuel4mance.com. I've been using him for the past 8 months and I am very happy with him.
He is a great coach and very knowledgable. Affordable and will work with your schedule and wants/needs.
Definetly give him a look!!!!

Best of luck,

Randy
