alrighty - time for me to be accountable

I haven't been to any of the meetings at work - so haven't had an official WI for well, quite a while

interviewing for and accepting a new job has thrown a huge wrinkle in things

i weighed 166.4 this morning - and updated the spreadsheet

I'm sitting next to you Beth. This whole foot thing has thrown a wrench in my attitude, but I'm trying really hard to fight it. I have NOT been journaling and that stopped this morning. I skipped WI today but will start back next Sunday.

Well. I weighed in tonight at 130.6, which is 4 pounds less than I was 2 weeks ago. I've been working out every day (except my day off) and eating really, really clean. And I've almost lost all of the weight I gained over the holidays. Steady, steady, steady.

Go team!

I had my weigh-in yesterday and was down 2.4 pounds this week. After 2 weeks of virtually nothing (0.4 pounds total in 2 weeks), it was a VERY welcome loss.

When I weighed myself on Sunday, I was at 130.6. Tonight, I had my bodyfat measured through an immersion tank, and when the guy weighed me there, I was at 132. So... who knows. Scales differ. (Although 2 pounds seems like a big difference.) I think I'm going with the Sunday weigh-in, though

As for the bodyfat test, I've been wanting to have the hydrostatic test done since I got on my weight-loss kick a year ago. When I was 30 pounds overweight, I didn't need precision to identify the fact that I was overweight. But now that I'm getting closer to my goals, I want as much data as possible -- in part, to help me put my finger on my final goal. My bodyfat was 23.6% ... and that puts my goal weight between 123 and 126. Well... at least I have a specific goal in mind now

One last thing -- when I log on to googledocs, I can only see the spreadsheet through mid-September. How do I get to January's entries?

Hi

There are links with the months at the bottom of the sheet - click on the one for Jan 2008 and you should be good to go

I wouldn't worry too much about the difference in the results, one is going to be more accurate than the other, so don't let it throw you off too much

you are doing awesome!!!

so, this may not sound like much, but.................

i have maintained the same weight for the past 5 days - for the past few months i have had drastic ups, and drastic downs on almost a daily basis

i think this means that stress and habits are getting back on an even keel

I lost 2.2 pounds this week! Now to keep focused. It seems like I usually follow up a good week with a slack week. I want to keep the weight loss train on the tracks this time. Have a great Friday!

Great losses, everyone!

Gained this week, but it's that time of the month which always sets me back.  Next week will be better.  Finished up January weighing 187.8 (up 2.4 lbs from last week) -- I edited the log.

I haven't been motivated to eat well lately.  I've been tracking, but I've still consistently gone above my points almost every day/week.  My exercise has gone down because it's just so icky and cold outside.  I need to find some races to enter before tri season, because I'm not motivated to train unless I have something specific I'm working for.

Have a great weekend!

Laurie
