Comments:

Ran the course well..even the hills were good. My only problem was my feet keep falling asleep in these new upgraded ASICS.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing...this race was my calorie burner so I could eat turkey, etc.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked and drank two bottles of water...stretched when I got home...after I basted the turkeys.

Event comments:

I wish I could have stayed for the award ceremony. This is a low tech race, so I won't know how I placed in my age group until next year.

Excellent times!!! ANy time one can bag a 10k under an hour is great!Funny you mention the 'sleepy feet' feeling. I have ascis kayanos and when they were new my toes and side of foot would go numb from time to time. Hmmm...I think someone else mentioned new shoes...looking....Oh, laerka got new Kayano's and she is having the same issue at the moment. Great race again! Keep at it.

Thanks....I do hills here in CT.  I have a monster one in front of my house and when I go out for my run, not only do I have to run down it, but back up again in order to get home.
