Comments:

It was cold, windy and rainy. But I did two 8 minute miles from mile 10 to mile 12.
What would you do differently?:

Not wear the poncho as long as I did.

Hey, way to make it happen in really tough conditions

Glad to made it to the Lunch with Yanti on Saturday. Any day where you get to have a meal with friends is a good one. I posted the pics from lunch in by photo album on my blog. (Just click the "Album" link at the bottom of my post)

Glad to see you hanging about on BT. We are not all as nutty as we sometime seem to be.

Take care and recover well

Doggone. I shoulda just chased your nice tail down the course. As it was I didn't wind up using the portapots, ahem, but I did need to get those damn sweats off.

Incredible job on a wet and wild day--you are a SPEED DEMON!!!

WTG on those 8 minute miles. That's awesome! I'm really amazed by all of you who did the half and full mary. I did the 5k and can't imagine having been out in that rain any longer than I was. Kudos to all of you guys!!

P.S. I've never done one stand-alone 8-minute mile in my life. You rock.

Great race, Faeron!  Anyone that can run for 2.5 hours in such difficult conditions is amazing in my book.  And a couple 8-minute miles, no less.  Awesome.

And it was great to meet you at the BT gathering on Saturday!
