Does anyone have a website or a Iron Man training schedule that I can take a look at? I looked thru some books and the ones I saw does not have a sample training schedule or even a complete one. They talk alot about other things but no schedule to work off of or imitate.
Just bought the book, Be Iron-Fit by Don Fink. It has two 30 week training schedules - a competitive schedule and a just finish schedule. I'm planning on using the competitive schedule. Good luck!
