I did well. This is a PR for me and the second race at a sub 8 minute mile (another goal).

Event comments:

This race is the largest in the lowcountry, I think. This year was the largest group EVER. 825. It is a 5K and 10K. I felt good and strong at the finish. Family oriented and a lot of fun with nice people. The after event was on the decks of The Boat House II and included FREE BEER!! I chose the Powerade/ water I brought but they had the usual fruit, some pretzels, and chips and salsa.
This was a GREAT way to start the Thanksgiving day!!!
