Have a juicer and have not used it in quite a while.  If you juice an orange or grapefruit peel off the skin yet leave as much as the white skin as you can as there is a lot of vitamin C in that part.  We use a potato peeler for this.  Also, remove the seeds from apples.

Juicing is pretty much open to your imagination.  Just remember that if something needs to be sweetened to make it better, apples are good to use.

Will check the title of a book of juicing recipes over the weekend and post it for you.

I just recently purchased one.  Love it.  I don't use it everyday, but when i have time I will put it to use.  Right now my go to juice is:

2 to 3 Apples (cored), 1 to 2 Oranges (peeled), 3 Carrots (washed, skin on), 2 stalks celery, and 1/2 fresh ginger.....

Fresh OJ is really good too, but you have to juice 6 to 7 to get a good sized glass.  Also, be sure to let the juice settle for a 5 minutes before you pour.  A lot fo the fiber that makes it into the  juice will rise.  Have fun with it.

I may be crazy, but I love the plain carrot juice. I use carrots for the base of all my juices. Apple, carrot is a favorite with the kids.

One half INCH fresh ginger.  Not one half of a fresh ginger....  Holy Cr@p that would overpower a drink!

Plain carrot juice is so yummy!

I have been going "GREEN" juices! So good for you!
1/2 bunch kale
1/2 apple (not granny smith)
1/2 lemon remove yellow part only
4 stalks celery *great for athletes, natural sodium*
1/2 cucumber

I bought a champion juicer on ebay and I love it! I have a lot of books on raw/live foods and they have a bunch of juicing recipes.
