Very very small...lots of fun though! Meg and I were the only ones not affiliated with the high school there. :)

Course: 2nd hardest cross-country race in Maryland. Steep hills, stairs built into hills, jumping over little streams, very small sections of sand and gravel; mostly packed clay that was wet and therefore verrrry slippery on downhills!

I think I'm going to incorporate that warm-up into my next race! Nice run, sounds like it was a challenging course!
