Couldn't get my pace right. I kept speeding up then slowing down. It was a nice shuffle.
What would you do differently?:

Get more sleep. Don't work legs the day before....(I knew I was going to do this run tho, so it's my own fault)

This was was near to see the Special Olympics Torch being passed. We ran near the torch carriers almost the whole run.
