Subject: Dumb avatar Question (again I think)

I can't change my avatar, I know I have asked this before but can't figure it out.  I found a .jpg file online and saved it to my hard drive.  I deleted my old pic and then browsed for the new one and selected it and it go and the old one always comes back.  Am I missing something?

Usually the first image is cached by your browser... when you change your avatar, sometimes it doesn't immediately appear.  If you hit shift+reload, the new one ought to appear.
